DefaultConicProjection

                              org.opengis.referencing.crs.CoordinateReferenceSystem targetCRS,
                              org.opengis.referencing.operation.MathTransform transform)
Constructs a new projection with the same values than the specified one, together with the specified source and target CRS. While the source conversion can be an arbitrary one, it is typically a defining conversion.

Parameters:
conversion - The defining conversion.
sourceCRS - The source CRS.
targetCRS - The target CRS.
transform - Transform from positions in the source CRS to positions in the target CRS.

DefaultConicProjection

public DefaultConicProjection(java.util.Map properties,
                              org.opengis.referencing.crs.CoordinateReferenceSystem sourceCRS,
                              org.opengis.referencing.crs.CoordinateReferenceSystem targetCRS,
                              org.opengis.referencing.operation.MathTransform transform,
                              org.opengis.referencing.operation.OperationMethod method)
Constructs a projection from a set of properties. The properties given in argument follow the same rules than for the AbstractCoordinateOperation constructor.

Parameters:
properties - Set of properties. Should contains at least "name".
sourceCRS - The source CRS, or if not available.
targetCRS - The target CRS, or if not available.
transform - Transform from positions in the source coordinate reference system to positions in the target coordinate reference system.
method - The operation method.
