To submit a new issue:

1. Login to the issue tracker by either:
   • Using the Login Screen
   • Creating a new account
2. Create a new issue:
   • Project: uDIG
   • Issue Type: Bug, NewFeature ...
3. Fill in the form, there are instructions after each field
