Milestone 4 is the final milestone resulting in a UDIG 1.0 application!
Some work on WRS has been delayed into this milestone due to difficulties in finding appropriate
servers to test against. We would like to thank both Galdos and Trevor for stepping forward and
connecting us with the information we need.
