GVS
GeoVideo(GVS) service is one of the highlights of the OWS-3 project. The idea is simple in concept, show the location of a video being displayed.
Due to time limitations this will be a windows only service. We did look into using the Java Media Framework, but it did not support Closed Captioning fields used to record the location information. Perhaps in a future version.
