Description

An action to refresh a single layer. Implemented as a fragment to the net.refractions.udig.project.ui plugin, adds an action to the Layers view toolbar and the popup menu for ILayer objects. Redraws only the layer requested. Hopefully this can be included in the main plugin at some point.
