Goals

• User feedback: previews look and feel, mandatory values, icons and cursors design,...

Merge Tool

1. The user selects two or more features from Map Editor.
2. uDig enables Merge Tool in menu and tool bar (Figure 03.01)
3. The user selects merge tools
4. uDig opens Merge dialog (figure 03.02)
5. The user picks field (or feature) from source features. Additionally, he could edit the merge panel's fields
6. uDig valid field of merge and inform errors
7. If the new Feature is OK, the user can press "finished".
8. uDig delete the source features and creates a new one. (figure 03.03)
