Eclipse 3.2.0 Bug Alert
There is a bug with Eclipse 3.2.0 where the first time Launch the product is pressed the launch will fail with an exception. If that occurs just press it again or press the Run button on the toolbar.
Force org.eclipse.rcp Feature to synchronize
If it doesn't start even after following the Bug Alert warning switch to the configuration tab in the product editor and delete the org.eclipse.rcp feature and re-add it. It is version dependent and if for some reason than expected it will need to be updated for your eclipse configuration.
Subclipse Synchronization
If subclipse is installed some people have received a error message when trying to synchronize. The error message says that the file is read-only. If this occurs the only known way to fix this problem is to disable subclipse using Software Configuration manager found under: Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration menu. Find subclipse in the tree and click the disable link on the summary frame on the left.
